Your Role as a Backoffice Employee Sales
As a Backoffice Employee Sales, you support the commercial process from A to Z. You are responsible for the accurate administrative processing of sales orders and ensure smooth coordination between the customer, transport, warehouse, and internal departments. In addition, you monitor order progress and act as the point of contact for returns and customer claims.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Quality, contributing daily to optimal service delivery to our customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing, managing, and following up on sales orders in SAP
- Monitoring orders, deliveries, and stock positions
- Identifying and resolving deviations in the order process
- Handling and administratively processing returns, customer claims, and complaints
- Coordinating with internal departments such as Logistics, Warehouse, Transport, and Quality
- Ensuring accurate and timely administration and reporting
- Maintaining contact with the customer regarding ongoing orders and operational questions
- Contributing to a smooth and efficient sales process within a dynamic FMCG environment
What You Bring
- Completed MBO-level education in Commerce, Administration, Logistics, or similar
- Experience in an administrative or commercial backoffice role
- Experience with ERP systems and good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
- A precise, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain overview in a dynamic environment
- Own transportation is important due to our location in Waddinxveen
