Your Role as HR Specialist
As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing diverse HR activities across Personnel Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and Recruitment & Selection. You’ll act as an HR expert, advising managers and employees while implementing policies aligned with organizational goals, the People and Culture Strategy and best practices. Your proactive and hands-on approach will ensure efficient operations and high-quality results.
Your tasks include:
- HR Coordination and Execution: Manage daily HR operations and coordinate projects to achieve organizational goals in collaboration with team members and external partners.
- Advisory and Support: Provide HR consultancy to managers and employees on topics like Hr policies, performance management, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Performance and Development Management: Organize performance evaluations and implement development programs to foster employee growth and satisfaction.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain accurate HR data, and produce reports for key stakeholders.
- Compensation and Benefits: Guide on salary structures, manage employment contracts, and ensure alignment with labor regulations.
What you should bring with you
You are a driven HR professional with excellent communication and organizational skills. With your strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities, you excel in a fast-paced environment.
Must-haves:
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar HR role (e.g., HR Coordination, Compensation & Benefits, HR Advisor)
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in HR software and advanced Excel; in depth understanding of labor laws and HR compliance; strong ability in prioritization and time management.
- Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in digitalizing HR processes and setting up HR KPIs.
- Knowledge in working with ADP and/or Workday
- Proven ability to manage HR projects and drive organizational change.
- A hands-on mentality and a detail-oriented approach to HR operations.
